Theresa, we just learned of Mad's passing today.Mary ,Jordan and I wish to express our deepest sympathies to you and the
rest of your family. As you well know Mary and I were honored to have her sing at our wedding way back in 1975.We didnt get charged her going rate,we were requested to Just" bring me back a bottle from your honeymoon which we certainly did. Then in
1992 she promised our dad she would sing at his funeral. That day was probably the first time her beautiful voice cracked as she held back the tears to fulfill her promise to my dad.

I just today learned of Madeline's passing and wish to extend our sincere condolences to Theresa and the other family members. I met Madeline through her good friend, Marg Casey, and, will always fondly remember our sailing trips to Long Island for the annual office get together. Madeline would share a few Irish tunes with us and we all looked forward to hearing her beautiful voice. She was a true wanna be sailor full of the call of adventure. Alex and I feel blessed to have met these gals and are saddened to be losing them.

Our sincere condolences, we did not get to see Madeline very often, but always enjoyed her company along with her wit and humor. My sincere condolences. Madeline was one of my favorite people ever and it was a joy to have her as my neighbour for as long as I can remember. Her quick wit and sense of humour made me fall in love with her. I will miss her singing and visiting as she went on her walks and her visits when i was working in the market when she came for coffee. The north end misses her deeply. You'll always be over the fence, Madeline. So much love for you and Theresa and the rest of her family❤️

We send our deepest condolences from Trinity Court. It was our utmost pleasure to care for Maddy. She was such a wonderful lady- always so quick-witted, caring and funny! She loved to sing and always brightened our day with her songs. I can't count the number of laughs we enjoyed with Maddy, as they were endless. Rest easy, Maddy- we will miss you so very much.

Fathers Joe Cochrane, Mike McGowan, and I are old enough to remember visiting the Chancery in the Cathedral Rectory as aspiring seminarians, seminarians, and young priests. Madeline, and her co-worker Bertha, were always so welcoming as was Bishop Gilbert and Father Sheehan, our then chancellor and vocation director. As the years went on, Madeline always had a special connection with the seminarians and priests she met during those years. Along with Fathers Joe, Mike and Aaron (from a later generation), the gang at 316 Somerset, I express our heartfelt sympathies to Theresa, Kate, Joe, Ron, and John, and all of your families. Madeline was a great lady who will be deeply missed. On this day which would have been her ninetieth birthday, we commend her soul to God.
Msgr. Brian, Frs. Joe, Mike, and Aaron
