Joan Hamilton was the Aunt of my husband the late George Williams. I met her for the first time over 20 years ago, we were lucky enough for her to visit us in Medicine Hat. I could always find George and Joan in a highly competive match of Cribbage. Joan had this infectious laugh and a smile that I will always remember. Needless to say we had a wonderful visit. Joan always made sure to keep in touch with us. Joan was very much a woman who was proud of her family. A joke, a laugh or a story, Joan shared her amazing sense of humor. My condolences to Sharon, Brian and their families. I will always think of your Mom with a smile.

I'm feeling so sad. I enjoyed your mom's company on many occasions listening to her stories of long ago. It brought back many fond memories of my parents and relatives who are no longer with us. She had a great spirit and wonderful sense of humor that we will all miss. I hope you find much comfort in all of your memories of her. My thoughts are with all of you at this unfortunate time.

My heart is sadden to hear the news of your Mom Brian and I will always Remember her cooking and especially her Ham that she made one year. It was the best one ever I had tasted and today I do mine the same. Brian, she loved her crib games. Your Mom was certainly a lady that that had such a big heart. I remember when she came to see my Mom and Dad when they were very sick and it was as though they knew her forever. Also Sharon and Rockie I want to sent my condolences to you both and to Kim and Kelly the girls she spoke of often and loved. May she rest in peace now and forever Maggie

We are so sorry to hear of Joan's passing. We were friends to her when she attended St. Annes Wednesday Auction 45s club and St. Joachims Thursday 45s gathering. Always had a smile or a witty comment or two for everyone. We shall miss her attending to the bell ringing to start a new game. Gone now but never forgotten Marg (TAnne) & John
