Thinking of you Zelda & your family. Sorry to hear about your Dad passing. I remember when he first came to Ridgewood. So glad to have met him. Then we shared many Vet's presentations.I still have the great picture of you & your Dad. When things settle down please call me 847-5089 & lets have coffee together. We can talk about our Dads. I will think of you tomorrow. Good luck. Jackie Gilliland

So sorry to read of your loss. Harold was such a dear heart! For one thing, he was a wonderful storyteller. Whether he was speaking of his own achievements or those of his family, he did so matter-of-factly, with a fine balance of pride, humility, and a heartfelt chuckle! One of the qualities I found most endearing about Harold was that he was transparent. When he was feeling down or irritable or vulnerable, you knew it...sometimes because he told you so...and yet he often still embraced any available chance to laugh. Whether storytelling, listening to music, or "dancing," when Harold experienced joy, he lit up the room! I couldn't forget that joy, even if I tried. Thank you Harold, for being you, and for being an inspiration. Your laugh is forever part of my memory.

Sincere condolences to you & your families for your loss. Bussie was a lovely man. He and Thelma were so kind to me when I lived in Saint John. And I saw what a great husband & father he was.
