I am sorry I cannot be with you with weekend. Valorie and I spoke a number of times over my sister's (Susan's) illness and death, and I heard the kindness and concern in her voice, even though we had not met for some time. Valorie and yourself, George, were always very kind to my mother and sister. In particular, you took Mum into your home when she was dying which was an incredibly kind thing to do. I will always remember Val's soft voice. It is the voices that I miss most. All of them. Norah
