Dear Rooney Family. I am so very sorry to hear of your Mom’s passing. She was a great neighborhood Mom. I remember when I was bit by a dog and my Mom was working, she came right over to check on me and clean my wound. I am forever grateful. Hugs to you all.

Condolences from Aunt Nonie and family for your loss.
Mom tells the story of Jackie visiting in the farm. Dinner time was handy and the ladies were making preparations for the family. Jackie took her Aunt Barb’s little doll bed (presumably made from a fruit basket dressed up) and went outside. She returned sometime later stating she had “brought a little something for supper”. She presented with the doll bed full of lettuce, roots and all!!

Paul, Cathleen, Peter Chris and families my deepest condolences to all of you. Your mom and I go way back in time when we were 7 and 8 years old. This week in particular I am flooded with memories of our childhood , school years many memories after she married Paul and we lived side by side in Belmont. She enriched my life immensely and I feel so blessed to have her as a best friend for almost 70 years. So grateful also for letting me spend some of her final moments by her side praying that God would take her peacefully and have our final embrace. RIP now my dear friend until we meet again. Love you forever and always

Sending my condolences to Jackie's family and dear friends. I have special memories from our days as teenagers, and many baseball games at the KBM... she could hit a ball out of the park and was always "First Pick" when forming our teams...later, she and I traveled to town each day with Lib Storey as there weren't school buses...there was a LOT of laughter and shared secrets. Special memories of a special person.
