Dear Wayne, so very sorry to hear about your mom. We just found out yesterday and we feel terrible that we did not get to the funeral home to pay our respects. Wayne I am so sorry to be so late seeing this. I don't watch the obituaries like I used to except the ones in the telegraph. Have not looked at the funeral homes for about a month. I am remiss. So many good years spent with you, your mom, and dad. And I remember how you and Janet came back from a vacation in NS when mom died. We have spent far too long not in touch and I feel bad about that. You have been my best friend since about grade 5 and even the first time you met Kathy at Home Depot she immediately knew who you were because of all the things I had told her. Wayne (and Janet) mom, dad, and I loved both Bud and Maude . How blessed we were to have had them for as long as we did. Take care my friend. Don't know if you will even see this but if you do please reach out with a phone number or email or whatever. I would love to get back in touch. God bless you all my friend.

Thinking of you Wayne, Janet and family! Auntie Maude was a special lady, always with a kind word and beautiful smile. She had such a gentle way about her and was always interested in what was going on with our family. I remember well all the lovely baking she did. We will all miss her! ❤️
