Obituary of Kathleen Karen Coram

With heavy hearts, the family of Kathleen Karen (Jennings) Coram announces her passing on Thursday, February 1, 2024, at the Saint John Regional Hospital. Born in Saint John, NB, on June 26, 1955, she was a daughter of Kathleen (Reid) Jennings and the late Kenneth Jennings.

Kathleen was an amazing cook, loved fashion, was avid Montreal Canadiens fan, as well as a season ticket holder for the Saint John Seadogs. She loved gardening, genealogy, taking family photos, and bird watching.

Kathleen is survived by her sons, Troy Robinson and Adam Robinson; daughter, Natalie Girouard; step-daughters, Audrey Coram Sanojca (Andrew) and Laurie MacLean (Alec); grandchildren: Célestine Mayhew, Rylie Cronk, Kaydin Cronk, Kayle Coram-MacLean, Ashlyn Sanojca and Aryn Sanojca; great-grandchild, EvaLynn Warner; brother, Kenneth Jennings; sisters: Colleen Jennings, Donna Lanteigne (Brian), and Darlene Jennings; as well as several nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Besides her father, Kathleen was predeceased by her husband, Joseph Coram; her sister, Louise Jennings; and her brothers: Richard, Michael, and Stephen. 

The family would like to thank the incredible palliative care team at the Saint John Regional Hospital and Dr. Mackin for helping make a difficult journey easier to navigate.   

Arrangements are under the care and direction of Brenan’s Funeral Home, 111 Paradise Row, Saint John, NB (506-634-7424). In keeping with Kathleen’s wishes, there will be no visitation or funeral service. A graveside service will take place in Ocean View Memorial Gardens on Thursday, June 27, 2024, at 11 am, where both Kathleen and Joe will be interred together.
