Obituary of R. A. Holmes

It is with great sadness the family announces the unexpected passing of "Tony" Ralston Anthony Holmes of Saint John, NB, which occurred on Tuesday, June 4, 2013 at his residence. Born on February 8, 1954 in Bridgetown, NS, he was a son of Muriel (Simms) and the late Gordon Holmes. Tony is survived by daughters, Maria, Lisa, Lindsay and Stacey; brothers, Bill, Roy, Curtis, Oral and Jeff; sisters, Gail, Vanessa, Iris and Norma; several grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Tony enjoyed his music and loved to play the Drums,He also enjoyed Hockey as well as Martial Arts. Following cremation visiting will be held on Friday, June 7, 2013 from 7-9 pm. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 8, 2013 at 2:00 pm from Brenan’s Funeral Home Chapel, 111 Paradise Row, Saint John, NB, (634-7424). Interment will take place in Cedar Hill Extension Cemetery at a later date. For those who wish remembrances to Romero House would be appreciated by the family.
