Obituary of William Bruce Joseph Landry

It is with great sadness the family announces the passing of William Bruce Joseph Landry, husband of Rosemarie Smith, which occurred on Wednesday, January 30, 2013 at the Saint John Regional Hospital. Born in Saint John, NB on December 8, 1955 he was a son of the late Alfred and Elizabeth (Johnson) Landry. Bill was employed as a Driver with Saint John Taxi. Besides his wife he is survived by two sons, Larry Landry, Christopher Smith (Naomi Eatmon); two daughters, Trisha Leger (Matthew), Melanie Smith (Dave Mantin) all of Saint John; one sister, Ann Thomas (Wade) of Hampton; one brother, Alfred Landry of Saint John; eight grandchildren, Tyler-Joe, Merrissa, Divya, Kaia, Stephen, Natalya, Neveah and Paige; several nieces and nephews. Besides his parents he was predeceased by two brothers, Richard and Gary. Resting at Brenan’s Funeral Home, 111 Paradise Row, Saint John, NB, (634-7424) with visiting on Saturday, February 2, 2013 from 7-9 pm and Sunday, February 3, 2013 from 2-4 pm. A funeral service will be held on Monday, February 4, 2013 from Brenan’s Chapel at 2:00 pm. Interment will take place in St. Joseph’s Cemetery.
