Obituary of Shannon Emily Diana Chiasson

The death of Shannon Chiasson of Saint John, NB, occurred on Sunday, August 16, 2009 at the Saint John Regional Hospital. Born in Saint John on July 12, 1999 she was a daughter of Mary Verney and Corey Chiasson. Survived by one brother, Kyle Chiasson of Saint John; one sister, Courtney Chiasson of Saint John; grandparents, Roy and Barb Gillet; grandmother, Diana Chiasson; special aunt, Lorri and uncle, Camillio; seven aunts, Cindy (Greg) LaGueux, Sherri (Tom) Cunningham, Patty (Kevin) Verney, Lorri (Ken) Cormier, Shelley Gillet, Dawn (Greg) Pap and Holly (Brad) Helgesen; two uncles, Aaron (Doralee) Gillet and Gerry Verney and several cousins. Predeceased by two uncles, Buddy Verney and Mickey Chiasson. Arrangements are under the care and direction of Brenan’s Select Community Funeral Home, 111 Paradise Row, Saint John (506) 634-7424 with visiting on Tuesday and Wednesday from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. Mass of Christian Burial will be Celebrated from St. Pius X Church, Somerset Street on Thursday, August 20, 2009 at 11:00 am. Interment in Ocean View Memorial Gardens.
