Obituary of George Francis ‘Frank’ Jimmo

The death of George Francis ‘Frank’ Jimmo occurred on October 20, 2007 at the Saint John Regional Hospital. Born in St. George, NB he was the son of the late Phillip and Thelma (Casey) Jimmo. He was a self employed woodcutter throughout his life. He is survived by his son and his daughter, sister Anna Bliss of California, sister-in-law Elizabeth Jimmo of Hampstead, NB, nieces Florence Sheehan of Brockway, NB, Marjorie Mills of Red Deer, AB, nephew Eldon Jimmo, grand-nieces Kathleen Bouchie and Doreen Cathline, grand-nephew Melvin Perry, and several grand-grand nieces and nephews. His brothers Michael, Louis, Henry and Lester predeceased him. Resting at Brenans Select Community Funeral Home, 111 Paradise Row (634-7424), with visiting on Monday from 7-9 pm and Tuesday from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. The funeral service will be celebrated on Wednesday at 1:00 pm from Brenans Chapel. Interment will take place at Ocean View Memorial Gardens. Remembrances to the Canadian Cancer Society, Heart and Stroke Foundation of NB or the Canadian Diabetes Association would be appreciated.
