Obituary of Julia Mary Sears

SEARS, Julia Mary … The death of Julia Mary Sears of Saint John, NB, wife of the late Daniel Sears, occurred on Sunday, September 24, 2006 at the Loch Lomond Villa. Born in Saint John the daughter of the late Jack and Evelyn (Vienneau) Quilty. Julia had been employed with IAS Answering Service, was a member of the CWL of St. Peter’s Parish and enjoyed painting and ceramics. Survived by her children: Arthur and Darren Sears of Edmonton, AB and Maureen (Brian) Hanlon of Lepreau, NB; grandchildren: Kyle Sears, Victoria Hanlon, Allison Hanlon and Jessica Sears. Predeceased by her parents and husband. Resting at Brenan’s Select Community Funeral Home, 111 Paradise Row, Saint John (506) 634-7424 with visiting on Tuesday from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated from St. Peter’s Church, 50 Clarendon St., Saint John on Wednesday, September 27, 2006 at 11 am. Interment will be in Ocean View Memorial Gardens at a later date. Remembrances may be made to the Alzheimer’s Society or a charity of the donor’s choice.
