Obituary of Zella Marie Lemon

The death of Zella Marie Lemon of 219 Ellerdale St. Saint John, NB occurred at her residence on April 17, 2006. Born in Chipman on November 25, 1917, she was a daughter of the late Grover and Violet (Bishop) Lemon. Zella was employed with McAvity Crane Canada Ltd. as an office worker for many years until her retirement. She was a resident of Saint John for the greater part of her life and was a member of Germain St. Baptist Church. Survived by two brothers: Clifford of Sussex, NB and Howard of Chipman, NB, two sisters: Fannie Briggs and Olive Bishop, both of Chipman, she is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by one brother; Lorenzo Lemon and one sister; Dewilda McNicol. Resting at Brenan's Select Community Funeral Home, 111 Paradise Row, Saint John (634-7424) with visiting on Wednesday from 2 - 4 and 7 - 9 pm. Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, April 20, 2006 at 11:00 am from Brenan's Chapel. Interment to take place in Ocean View Memorial Gardens. Remembrances to be made to a charity of the donor's choice would be appreciated.
