Obituary of Cora D. Coffill

The death of Cora D. (Murray) Coffill, of Ellerdale Street, occurred on Saturday, February 25, 2006 at the Saint John Regional Hospital. Born in Chipman, NB, she was a daughter of the late Harold and Dora (Knox) Murray. She was a member of the telephone pioneers of NB Tel. Cora is survived by one son, Andrew (Karen) Coffill of Sussex; three brothers: Ronald (Joanne) Murray of Saskatchewan; Douglas (Florence) Murray of Miramichi; Dawson Murray of Perth Andover; two grandchildren: Alex and Emma; several nieces and nephews. Besides her parents she was predeceased by one son, Stephen; one brother, Beverly and sister-in-law Charlotte. Resting at Brenan's Select Community Funeral Home, 111 Paradise Row, Saint John, NB, (506-634-7424) with visiting on Monday, February 27, 2006 from 7-9 pm and Tuesday, February 28, 2006 from 1-2 pm. A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, February 28, 2006 from Brenan's Funeral Home Chapel at 2:00 pm. Interment will take place in Kirk Hill Cemetery, Sussex, NB in the spring. Remembrances may be made to the Kirk Hill Cemetery or the NB. Lung Association.
