Obituary of Vernon Raymond Huskins

It is with great sadness the family of Vernon Raymond Huskins, husband of Grace (Long), announce his passing, which occurred on August 22, 2016 at the Saint John Regional Hospital. Born in Saint John on January 3, 1938 he was a son of the late Charles and Agnes (Titus) Huskins. Vernon is survived by his wife Grace, his daughters Brenda (Malcolm) Belding and Kim Roy; step-daughter Deborah (Gordon) Matthews; step-sons Stephen (Donna) Hamm and Stewart Hamm; and several grandchildren. Arrangements are under the care and direction of Brenan’s Funeral Home, 111 Paradise Row, Saint John, NB (634-7424). As per Vernon’s wishes, there will be no visitation or funeral service. A graveside service will be held at Cedar Hill Cemetery at a later date. For those who wish, remembrances in memory of Vernon may be to the SPCA-Animal Rescue League.
