Obituary of Elizabeth Geraldine 'Elsie' Garnett

Elsie Garnett age 90, now forever together with her beloved husband of 67 years Gregory Garnett, passed away peacefully at Kennebec Manor on Thursday, August 11, 2016. She was a lifelong resident of Saint John and was the last surviving member of her generation in the Garnett family. Prior to her retirement, she was employed with the Saint John School Board. Elsie is survived by her daughter, Suzanne (Ted) Hawke; son, Robert Garnett; two grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. A private graveside service was held on Monday, August 15, 2016 at St. Joseph’s Cemetery.
