Obituary of Gary Wayne Smith

It is with great sadness the family of Gary Wayne Smith announce his passing which occurred at the Saint John Regional Hospital on Saturday, August 13, 2016. Born in Saint John, NB on July 30, 1961, he was a son of the late Fred and Barbara (McKenna) Smith. Gary will be greatly missed by his son Graham Dunphy (Ashley Horton), his son’s mother Lori Dunphy, grandson Preston Dunphy and brothers Stephen, Paul and Fred (Brenda) Smith. Arrangements are under the care and direction of Brenan’s Funeral Home, 111 Paradise Row, Saint John, NB (634-7424) with visitation on Thursday, August 18, 2016 from 2-4 and 6-8 PM. A memorial service will be held on Friday, August 19, 2016 at 2:00 PM from Brenan’s Funeral Home Chapel. For those who wish, remembrances in memory of Gary may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or a charity of the donor’s choice.
