Obituary of Jeffrey Don Wilson O'Donnell

It is with heavy hearts that the family of Jeffrey O’Donnell announces his passing which occurred on Friday, June 17, 2016. He was born on December 29, 1953 and was a son to Donald and Shirley O’Donnell. Jeff began his 40 year career with NB Power in 1973 and retired in 2014 from Nuclear Power Plant Engineering. He was a member of the Masonic Lodge and in his earlier years, Jeff was an avid outdoorsman, enjoying all activities from fishing to hunting and spending time at his family’s camp in Caines River. Jeff is survived by his former wife and lifetime best friend Flossie O’Donnell, his daughters: Kim (Alain) Picot and Mandi O’Donnell, his granddaughters: Jordan and Rachelle O’Donnell and his brother Kirby O’Donnell. Jeff was predeceased by his father Donald. Arrangements have been placed in the care of Brenan’s Funeral Home, 111 Paradise Row, Saint John (634-7424). In keeping with Jeff’s wishes, there will be no visitation. A Funeral Service will take place on Thursday, June 23 at 12:00 PM at Brenan’s Chapel with interment to follow at Maces Bay Cemetery.
