Obituary of Clara Mary Doucet

<p>The death of Clara Doucet occurred on Wednesday, February 26, 2014 at the SJRH. She was born in Saint John and was a daughter of the late Arthur Joseph and Rose Anna Doucet. Clara was a member of the Ladies Auxiliary of the Royal Canadian Legion branch # 69. She loved to paint and was a member of the Saint John Art Club and bowled for many years with the Tuesday Senior Bowling League at Fairview Lanes. She is survived by several siblings, Raymond Doucet, Bertha Bonin, Josephine Bordage, Gerald Doucet, Louise McInerney, Marcel Doucet (Shirley) and Loretta Doucet as well as several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her sister: Mary Theresa Doucet and brother in laws: Mark Bonin, Alfred Bordage and Ray McInerney. Resting at Fitzpatrick&rsquo;s Funeral Home, 100 Waterloo Street (634-1965) with visiting on Sunday from 2-4pm and 6-8pm. The Funeral Mass will be celebrated at the Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception on Monday March 3, 2014 at 12:10pm followed by interment in St. Joseph&rsquo;s Cemetery.
