Obituary of Tammy Susan Burnside

<p>After a period of failing health, Tammy Susan Burnside passed away peacefully at the Saint John Regional Hospital on August 21, 2013.</p> <p>Born on August 31, 1977, she was the daughter of Terry Burnside and the late Kathy Darrah. In the early part of her life, Tammy lived in hospital and at the William F. Roberts School. For the last 26 years of her life, Tammy was the special foster daughter of Jane and Pat Palmer of Rothesay.</p> <p>Besides her mother, Tammy was predeceased by her sister, Lisa.</p> <p>A very special thank you is extended to Dr. Lisa Sutherland and Dr. Joanne Fellows as well as all of Tammy&rsquo;s nurses at the Regional Hospital and the staff at Turnbull Nursing Home, where Tammy went for respite care.</p> <p>By request of the family, there will be no visitation or funeral service. Arrangements are under the care and direction of <strong>Fitzpatrick&rsquo;s Funeral Home, 100 Waterloo Street</strong>, Saint John (634-1965).
