Obituary of Alma M. BOURGEOIS

<p>BOURGEOIS, Alma M.- the death of Alma Marie Bourgeois of 61 Taylor Ave., widow of Edward J. Bourgeois, occurred at Bobby's Hospice on Thursday, November 10, 2011. Alma was born in Saint John on June 9, 1939, a daughter of the late Alexander and Alice (Arsenault) Burke. Besides her husband, she was predeceased by two brothers, Frankie and George Burke; and a sister, Mary Burke. She is survived by one son, Edward J. of Saint John; one daughter, Edna (George) Dean of Saint John; two brothers, Harry (Clara) Burke of Saint John, and Vincent Burke of Toronto; two sisters, Louise Brennan of Saint John, and Elizabeth (Reginald) Marks of Norton; two grandsons, George Bourgeois (Katie Hobbs) and Randy Bourgeois (Jazmin Miller); two special friends, Cathy Painter and Jim Shubrook; and several great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.</p> <p>Resting at Fitzpatrick's Funeral Home, 100 Waterloo St., with visiting on Sunday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9. Service will be held in Fitzpatrick's Chapel on Monday morning at ten o'clock. The family would like to thank the staff &amp; volunteers of Bobby's Hospice for the care and kindness given to Alma during her final illness. <br /><br /></p>
