Obituary of J. Sydney Caissie

<p>CAISSIE, J. SYDNEY-the&nbsp; death of Joseph Sydney Caissie of 40 Exmouth St., husband of the late Yolande (Frenette) Caissie, occurred at the Saint John Regional Hospital on Wednesday, August 24, 2011. Sydney was born in Neguac, on February 11, 1933, and had resided the greater part of his life in Saint John. He was predeceased by a brother, Sylvain; a daughter, Cindy; and a grandson, Chad. He is survived by five sons, Robert and Ronald Caissie, both of Ontario; Daniel Savoie (Lisa) and Robert Savoie (Lisa) both of Toronto, and Ronald Savoie (Karen) of Saint John; two daughters, Sharon Savoie (Claude) of Brantford, Ont., and Joanne Savoie (Gary) of Saint John; eleven grandchildren, Jordan, Jessica, Shannon, Chad, Dylan, Matthew, Brandon, Sheldon, Taylor, Kayla, and Kelsey; and several nieces and nephews.</p> <p><br />Resting at Fitzpatrick's Funeral Home, 100 Waterloo St., with visiting on Monday morning from ten o'clock until 11:30. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at the Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception on Monday afternoon at 12:05.<br /><br /></p>
