Obituary of J. Arthur Baxter
<p>BAXTER-the death of J. Arthur Baxter occurred at the Turnbull Home on Monday, March 1, 2010. Mr. Baxter was born in Saint John, a son of the late Charles and Julian (Woods) Baxter, and had been employed in the cleaning department at the Saint John General Hospital until his retirement a number of years ago. He was predeceased by three sisters, Theresa Blanchard, Betty Garnett, and Eva Robins. He is survived by several nieces and nephews.<br /><br /> Resting at Fitzpatrick's Funeral Home, 100 Waterloo St., with visiting on Wednesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at the Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception on Thursday afternoon at 12:05. Interment will take lace in St. Joseph's Cemetery. <br /><br /></p>
