Obituary of William J. LeBlanc

LeBLANC-the death of William J. LeBlanc of 68 St. Catherine St., husband of the late Laura (Gautreau) LeBlanc, occurred at the Saint John Regional Hospital on Saturday, October 24, 2009. He was born in Johnson Point, N.B., a son of the late Henry and Clara (Babineau) Cormier, and had resided the greater part of his life in Saint John where he had been employed as a longshoreman and had been a member of I.L.A. Local 273. He is survived by one son, Joseph W. (Sandra) of Quispamsis; three daughters, Mary Saunders (David of Clarendon, Theresa Brideau (Ron) of Damascus, and Patricia Anderson (Brian) of Saint John; 16 grandchildren, and 25 great-grandchildren. Resting at Fitzpatrick's Funeral Home, 100 Waterloo St., with visiting on Monday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at the Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception on Tuesday afternoon at 12:05. Interment will take place in St. Joseph's Cemetery.
