Obituary of Fernand J. M. Chiasson

CHIASSON-the death of Fernand J. M. Chiasson of 32 Baxter Rd. occurred at the Saint John Regional Hospital on Thursday, May 7, 2009. Fernand was born in Petit Rocher, a son of the late Arthur and Yvette (Doucet) Chiasson, and had resided the greater part of his life in Saint John. He was predeceased by three brothers, Madore, Ronald, and Maurice; and a sister, Blondine Chiasson. He is survived by his wife, George Brewer; three brothers, Donald (Judy) of Saint John, and Hedore (Violet) and Bob (Marie), both of Alberta; two sisters, Geraldine Foster and Alexia Chiasson, both of Saint John; and several nieces and nephews. Resting at Fitzpatrick's Funeral Home, 100 Waterloo St., with visiting on Monday from 12 to 2 o'clock. Service will be held in Fitzpatrick's Chapel on Monday afternoon at two o'clock. Interment will take place in St. Joseph's Cemetery.
