Obituary of James Stephen Daley

DALEY-James Stephen "Jim" Daley passed away on Sunday, May 17, 2009, at the Saint John Regional Hospital. James was born in Saint John on January 16, 1962, the son of John and Barbara (McMackin) Daley of Passekeag. He attended St. John the Baptist and Vocational Schools. James loved the outdoors, sports, and had a great love of animals. He was predeceased by his paternal grandparents, Stephen and Eunice (Smith) Daley; his maternal grandparents. James and Loretta (McGlone) McMackin; an uncle, Rev. Thomas Daley; and an aunt, Alice MacKinnon.. Besides his parents, he is survived by two sisters, Beth Daley of Hampton, and Cathy Daley of Rothesay; one uncle, Paul McMackin of Quispamsis; several cousins; and many friends. Resting at Fitzpatrick's Funeral Home, 100 Waterloo St., with visiting on Monday and Tuesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. John the Baptist Church on Wednesday morning at eleven o'clock. Interment will take place in St. Joseph's Cemetery.
