Obituary of Ronald J. Williams

WILLIAMS-the death of Ronald J. 'Skeeze' Williams of 20 Montgomery Crescent occurred at the Saint John Regional Hospital on Tuesday, January 13, 2004. Mr. Williams was born in Saint John, a son of the late Donald and Stella (Ferguson) Williams. He had been a mechanic in the R.C.A.F. for 25 years until his retirement a number of years ago. He was an avid fisherman. He was pre-deceased by three brothers, Norman, Ross, and Kenneth Williams. He is survived by two sons, Joseph (Tammy) of Rothesay, and James of Montreal; two daughters, Joan Anne Simmie (Stephen) of Rothesay, and Brenda Hector of Saint John; their mother, Catherine T. 'Kay' (Legere) Williams of Saint John; two brothers, Michael (Carol) Williams of Moncton, and Ted (Chantal) Williams of Saint John; three grandchildren, Jonathan and Michael Simmie and Jody Hector; and several nieces and nephews. Following cremation, interment took place in St. Joseph's Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Canadian Cancer Society or the charity of your choice would be appreciated.
