Obituary of A. Marguerite Beaton

BEATON-the death of A. Marguerite Beaton of London, Ont., and formerly of Saint John, widow of Archibald Beaton, occurred in Hamilton on Thursday, July 10, 2003. Mrs. Beaton was born in Digby, N.S., a daughter of the late Charles and Ada (Saben) Height. She had worked at N.B. Tel and the Dianna Restaurant. She is survived by three daughters, Theresa Rigby (Thomas) of London, Ont., Mary Lamb (Neville) of Calgary, and Isabella Bacon (Kenneth) of Cold Lake, Alberta; 7 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. Resting at Fitzpatrick's Funeral Home, 100 Waterloo St., with visiting on Tuesday from 7 to 9 and on Wednesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at the Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception on Thursday morning at twelve o'clock. Interment will take place in St. Joseph's Cemetery.
