Obituary of Jean Clare Edgett

The death of Jean Clare Edgett, of 150 Orange St., occurred at the Saint John Regional Hospital on Wednesday, October 22, 2003. Born in Quebec, she was the daughter of the late Harold and M.Clare (Hodd) Edgett. Jean brought joy to the many lives she touched, she loved to garden,she adored children, animals and music, she was a huge fan of Elvis. She is survived by her brother, Allan (Natalie) Edgett, of Quispamsis, her aunt, Marie Rowley, of Saint John, several cousins, nieces, nephews, and her close friends of New Direction Inc. Resting at Fitzpatrick's Funeral Home, 100 Waterloo St; with visiting Friday from 2to4 and 7to9pm. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Peter's Church on Saturday Morning at Ten o'clock. Interment will take place in St. Joseph's Cemetery.In lieu of flowers, donations to Mind Care N.B., New Direction Inc., or the N.B. Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
