Obituary of Margaret M. Fudge

FUDGE-it is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Margaret M. Fudge of 19 Paddock St., widow of Robert J. Fudge, at her residence on Thursday, September 18, 2003, surrounded by her family and caregivers. Mrs. Fudge was born in Saint John, a daughter of the late John and Elanor (Pye) Corr.She was a member of the Catholic Women's League for over 40 years and a member of St. Joseph's Hospital Auxillary. She was pre-deceased by three brothers, Arthur Edward, and Gerrard Corr; and one sister, Lenore Sheppard. She is survived by two sons, Robert J. (Althea) and David G. (Elizabeth), both of Saint John; two daughters, Valerie E. Langille (David) and Roberta A. Horgan (Gerry), both of Saint John; one sister, Olive Mann of Toronto; one sister-in-law, Agnes McCaig of Saint John; 15 grandchildren; 28 great-grandchildren; one great-great-granddaughter; and several nieces and nephews. Resting at Fitzpatrick's Funeral Home, 100 Waterloo St., with visiting on Thursday from 7 to 9 and on Friday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at the Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception on Saturday morning at 10:30. Interment will take place in St. Joseph's Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations to the St. Joseph's Hospital Foundation would be appreciated.
