Obituary of Jeannette M. Dunn

DUNN-the death of Jeannette M. Dunn, wife of Thomas J. Dunn, occurred at Loch Lomond Villa, on Sunday, March 12, 2006. Mrs. Dunn was born in Edmundston, a daughter of the late Ernest and Lilly (St. Pierre) Lavoie, and had resided in Saint John since 1946. She was a Registered Nurse, having graduated in 1935 and worked in Dr. Martin's office in Edmundston until her marriage in 1946. She had been a member of the Legion of Mary in Stella Maris parish. She was predeceased by three sons, Kenneth, Michael, and Brian Dunn. Besides her husband, she is survived by two daughters, Doreen Harrison (Gordon) of Lower Sackville, N.S., and Pauline Winters (Stan) of Baxter's Corner; 7 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. Resting at Fitzpatrick's Funeral Home, 100 Waterloo St., with visiting on Monday from 7 to 9 and on Tuesday, from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at Stella Maris Church on Wednesday morning at eleven o'clock. Interment will take place in St. Joseph's Cemetery.
