Obituary of George Lounton

The death of George Lounton of McAdam, husband of Mary (Fougere) Lounton, occurred unexpectedly in St. George on Sunday, January 31, 2005. Mr. Lounton was born in Sunderland, England, a son of Mary (Davidson) Lounton of England, and the late Thomas Lounton. Besides his wife and mother, he is survived by two step-sons, Robert Burns of Saint John, and Kenneth Burns of Nova Scotia; one sister, Margaret Vavalitus of Folkestone, England; and four step-grandchildren. Service will be held at Fitzpatrick's Funeral Home, 100 Waterloo St., on Thursday morning at eleven o'clock.
