Obituary of Hazel Elaine Laskey

It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of our precious mother Hazel Elaine Laskey who passed away on August 26, 2004 at the Saint John Regional Hospital. Born in Saint John she was the daughter of the late Dr. Henry (Harry) and Mary Elizabeth (Flowers) London. She had been employed with T. S. Simms and Company and then with the Immigration Building. She is survived by her sons Gordon Arthur and his wife Tina of Musquash, Blaine Douglas and his wife Terri of Saint John West, her daughters Carolyn Elaine Laskey, Edna (Dee Dee) and her husband Grenville Ingraham, all of Saint John West, her sister Audrey Toner of Hampton, her sister-in-law Eva London of Saint John West, her grandchildren Gordon and George Ingraham, Carolyn Hamm, Tom and Marilyn Laskey and Angela and Oram Laskey, her great-grandchildren Carley, Michael, Jacob, Jessica, Kial, Clara Dawn, Sean D., Kaitlin, Brandon and Lea and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband Gordon A. Laskey and several brothers and sisters. Resting at Brenan's Bay View Select Community Funeral Home, 1461 Manawagonish Road (634-7425), with visiting on Friday from 2-4 and 7-9 PM. The funeral service will be on Saturday, August 28, 2004, at 10:00 AM, from Bay View Chapel. Interment will take place at Cedar Hill Extension Cemetery. Remembrances made to the charity of the donor's choice would be appreciated.
