Obituary of Gordon Pitcher

The death of Mr. Gordon Pitcher of Central Greenwich, NB, occurred suddenly at the Oromocto Hospital on December 4, 2002. Mr. Pitcher was born in Upper Greenwich, NB, he was the son of the late Robert and Olive (Cameron) Pitcher. Gordie loved the outdoors, hunting, fishing, and visiting people in the local area. Gordie was a member of Oak Point Anglican Church, Oak Point, NB. He is survived by one sister Gladys Galbraith, (Lloyd), Lower Greenwich, NB, one nephew Brian (Jill), Lower Greenwich, NB, one great niece Abby Galbraith, Lower Greenwich, NB , two great nephews Terry and Bobby Galbraith, and one great great niece Kloee Galbraith. Resting at Brenan's Bay View Select Community Funeral Home, 1461 Manawagonish Road, Saint John, NB (506) 634-7425, with visitation on Friday December 6, 2-4, 7-9. PM. Funeral Service will be held Saturday, December 7, 2002 at 1:00 PM from the Bay View Chapel. Interment will take place following the service in Oak Point Anglican Cemetery, Oak Point, NB. Remembrances in lieu of flowers to the St. Paul's Cemetery Fund, Canadian Cancer Society, or donor choice would be appreciated by the family.
