Obituary of Harold Winston Clifford

The unexpected death of Harold "Ditter" Winston Clifford of Saint John, NB, husband of Margaret (Lord) Clifford, occurred on Monday, July 27, 2009 at his residence. Born in Saint John on February 13, 1941 he was a son of the late Harold and Phyllis (Melvin) Clifford. Harold was a member of Local 213 Plumbers and Pipe Fitters, Royal Canadian Legion Branch # 2 and past member of the Kinsmen Club. Survived by his wife Margaret, two sons, Paul (Susan) and Allan (Chrissy) both of Saint John; special daughter, Shianne; five siblings, Robert (Gloria), Wanda (Monty), Ronald, Neil (Elaine) and Bonny (James) all of saint John; five granddaughters, Laurenne, Jennifer, Lindsay, Tiffany and Erica; one great-grandson, Hugo; several nieces and nephews. Arrangements are under the care of Brenan's Bay View Select Community Funeral Home, 1461 Manawagonish Road (506) 634-7425. In keeping with Harold's wishes cremation has taken place and there will not be any visiting or funeral service. Burial to take place at a later date.
