Obituary of Marguerite Edith Tabor

Tabor, Marguerite Edith … The death of Marguerite "Marg" Tabor of 621 Dever Road, occurred unexpectedly on Thursday, April 5, 2007 at the Saint John Regional Hospital. Born in New Salem, NS on March 20, 1923, a daughter of the late Anthony and Greta (Orr) Rector. Marg was employed as a waitress at Diana's Resturant for many years, also at the Meditteranean. Survived by three daughters: Carolyn (John W.) Keating and Irene (Walter) Chase, both of Saint John and Dianne (Allan) Watson of Edmonton, AB; a son, Paul (Nancy) Sulis of Truro, NS; a brother, Girvan (Eva) Rector of Saint John; two sisters, Evelyn (Robert) Casey of Moncton, NB and Clara Morrison of Sudbury, ON; thirteen grandchildren: Stephen, Jacqueline, Katherine, Michael, Peter, Andrew, John, Ryan K., Jason S., Leigh, Angela, Jason W. and Ryan W.; eighteen great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her first husband, Ronald Sulis; her second husband, Ronald Tabor; three brothers: Clifton, Oscar and Morley Rector. Resting at Brenan's Bay View Select Community Funeral Home, 1461 Manawagonish Road, Saint John (506) 634-7425 with visiting on Tuesday from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. Funeral Service will be held from Bay View Chapel on Wednesday, April 11, 2007 at 11 am. Interment will be in Sussex, NB. Remembrances may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of New Brunswick, the Canadian Diabetic Association or a charity of the donor's choice.
