Obituary of Jody Allan Marr

The death of Jody Allan Marr of 188 Brittain Road, Nerepis, NB, husband of Nicole "Niki", occurred unexpectedly on Sunday, January 7, 2007 at his residence. Born in Saint John on July 11, 1971, he was the son of Murray A. and H. Geraldine "Jerri" (Campbell) Marr of Nerepis. Jody was a guide with the Nerepis Hunting Lodge and loved the outdoors and hunting. His greatest passion is life was his family and enjoyed being a hockey dad and spending lots of time with his boys. He will be sadly missed. Besides his wife and parents, he is survived by three sons, Alex, Tyler and Jesse all at home, brothers, Dean and Cory (Tamara) both of Nerepis, five nephews, Brandon, Devon, Zachary, Wyatt and Mitchell, grandmothers, Hilda Marr and Helen Campbell, father-in-law, Ward McKeown (Marion Fournier), mother-in-law, Lorna McKeown (Frank Kelly), good friends, Reginald and Cecily Fredericks and several aunts, uncles, cousins and many close friends. He was predeceased by his grandfathers, Alfred Marr and William Campbell. Resting at Brenan's Bay View Select Community Funeral Home, 1461 Manawagonish Road, Saint John West (634-7425), with visiting on Tuesday 7-9 PM and Wednesday 2-4 and 7-9 PM. Funeral service will be held at Brenan's Bay View Chapel on Thursday, January 11, 2007 at 11:00 AM. Interment in Cedar Hill Extension Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations to the family would be appreciated.
