Obituary of Geraldine Adele Lee

The death of Geraldine Adele Lee of Saint John West, NB, wife of the late John Hilton Lee, occurred on Saturday, December 23, 2006 at the Saint John Regional Hospital. Born in Winnipeg, MB, she was the daughter of the late Michael and Dorothy (Starr) Parnell. Geraldine had been employed for many years with Family and Community Services retiring in 1989 as a Social Worker and Supervisor. She is survived by a son Michael of the Kingston Peninsula; two daughters: Bonnie Dexter of Saint John West and Carol (Rob) Cunningham of Lamont, AB; brother, Donald Parnell of Kenora, ON; sister-in-law, June Parnell; four grandchildren: Christopher (Michelle) Horrobin, Kathryn (Pal) Hansen, Jason Dickie (Shawna Parks) and David Dickie; two great-grandchildren: Jessie Grace Horrobin and Owen Lee Dickie; several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her parents, her husband and a brother, Raymond Parnell. Resting at Brenan's Bay View Select Community Funeral Home, 1461 Manawagonish Road, Saint John West (634-7425) with visiting on Wednesday 2-4 and 7-9 PM. Funeral Service will be held from Brenan's Bay View Chapel on Thursday, December 28, 2006 at 12:00 Noon. Interment in Cedar Hill Extension Cemetery.
