Obituary of Jennifer Ann Eldridge

The death of Jennifer Ann Eldridge, wife of Jake Eldridge, occurred peacefully on December 7, 2006 at her residence. Born at St. Stephen, NB, July 26, 1966, she is the daughter of William 'Bill' Kearns and Ruth (Varner) Smith. She was employed as Office Manager with Meditrust Pharmacy. Her husband Jake was her best friend and love of her life. She dearly missed her special canine friends Rusty and Sam who went on and were waiting for her. Surviving are her father William 'Bill' Kearns and his wife Lynn, mother Ruth (Varner) Smith, brother Jeffery and his wife Yang Yang of Dalian, China, adopted brother Troy Kearns of Fredericton, adopted sister Tamara Beatteay and her husband Warren of Saint John, her grandmother Sarah Varner of Saint John, father-in-law Jack Eldridge, sister-in-law Sandra Mersereau and her husband Bernie and their daughter Meredith, best friend Natalie Richard and several aunts uncles and cousins. Visitation will be held from Brenan's Bay View Select Community Funeral Home, 1461 Manawagonish Road (634-7425), from 6-9 pm on Sunday. The family will also receive friends and relatives at St. Mark's United Church on Monday from 11:00 am … 1:00 pm, at which time the funeral service will take place. The family would appreciate flowers or remembrances made to the River Valley Wesleyan Church or St. Mark's United Church.
