Obituary of Tyler Lincoln Nason

The death of Tyler Lincoln Nason, husband of Phyllis Kathleen (Higgins) Nason, of Grand Bay-Westfield, occurred on November 22, 2006 at the Saint John Regional Hospital. Born at Fredericton Junction he was the son of the late Keith and Vida (Carr) Nason. He was a veteran of WWII having served with the Canadian Army. He was employed as a Coordinator with the CPR for over 44 years. He was a member of the RCL Branch #87 and a former member of the Shrine. He enjoyed hunting, puzzles and playing cards and had been a sports guide and trailered at Oak Bay. Besides his wife surviving are son Duane L. (Donna) and their children Angela and Derek of Saint John West, daughter Janet E. Kelly (Douglas) and grandchildren Keith and Kyle Kelly of Lower Greenwich, brothers Glen and his wife Linda of Tracey, Neil and his wife Audrey of Saint John, sisters Leila McCulloch of Calgary, AB, Beryl of Ontario, and several niece and nephews. His brother Foster and sister Gloria predeceased him. Resting at Brenans Bay View Select Community Funeral Home, 1461 Manawagonish Road (634-7425), with visiting on Friday from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. There will be a private family committal service. Remembrances made to the New Brunswick Heart and Stroke Foundation or the charity of the donor's choice would be appreciated.
