Obituary of Ross Alan Gaunce

The death of Ross Gaunce of Saint John West occurred unexpectedly on Wednesday, August 9, 2006. Born in Saint John, NB on December 24, 1957 to Harry and Audrey (Speakman) Gaunce. Ross previously worked at the K-Mart in Lancaster Mall. He was a member of the Opened Door Club, Shop 211 and the Carleton Kirk United Church. In his spare time, Ross loved to visit neighbors and friends in Fundy Heights and numerous nursing homes. He is survived his parents; four brothers: Donald (Pearl), David (Brenda), Carl (Suzanne) all of Saint John, NB and Gregory Gaunce of Toronto, ON; one sister: Sandra (Keith) Estabrooks of Saint John, NB; two nephews: Kevin and Ethan Gaunce; one niece: Katrina Gaunce and several Aunts and Uncles. Resting at Brenan's Bay View Select Community Funeral Home, 1461 Manawagonish Road, Saint John West, NB (634-7425) with visitation on Friday from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. A Memorial Service will be held at Bay View Chapel on Saturday August 12, 2006 at 11 am. Interment in Greenwood Cemetery following the service. Remembrances may be made to the Opened Door Club or the Schizophrenia Society of New Brunswick.
