Obituary of Ada Ellis Nutter

The death of Ada Ellis Nutter of Welsford, NB, wife of the late John E. Nutter, occurred on Saturday, October 29, 2005 at St. Joseph's Hospital. Born in Fredericton Junction, NB, she was the daughter of the late Newton Thomas and Ethel Mae (Ellis) Artes. Ada was an active member of the ACW of St. Luke's Anglican Church, Welsford and their choir and was an avid card player at card parties. She is survived by two sons, John (Brenda) and James (Diane) both of Welsford, one sister, Evelyn Bunker (Charles) of Rusagonis, sister-in-law, Winnie Artes of Fredericton Junction, five grandchildren, Kerry, Stephen, Christopher, Jaime and Jonathan, 8 great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by brothers, Harry, Denney, Norman and Tyler Artes and one sister, Minnie Ball. Resting at Brenan's Bay View Select Community Funeral Home, 1461 Manawagonish Road, Saint John West (634-7425), with visiting on Sunday 7-9 PM and Monday 2-4 and 7-9 PM. Funeral service will be held at St. Andrew's Anglican Church, Fredericton Junction on Tuesday, November 1, 2005 at 11:00 AM. Interment in the Welsford Valley Cemetery, Welsford, NB.
