Obituary of William H. Bradbin

The death of William Henry "Bill" Bradbin of St. Clair Avenue, Saint John West, husband of Dora "Verna" (Gogan) Bradbin, occurred on Wednesday, September 3, 2003, at the Saint John Regional Hospital. Born in Fairville, Saint John Co., NB, he was the son of the late William H. and Mary (Keleher) Bradbin. Mr. Bradbin was employed with Canadian Paperwork for many years, before his retirement. He was a 60 year member of St. Rose of Lima Church and enjoyed singing and whistling. Besides his wife, he is survived by one son, Wayne Bradbin, two daughters, Brenda Smith (Dale) and Carol Walsh (Richard), all of Saint John, two sisters, Barb Bradbin and Eileen Vautour, both of Saint John, two grand daughters, Sheila Hook (Ian) and Stacie Smith, several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by brothers, Charlie and George and sisters, Blanche, Sadie May and Ethel. Resting at Brenan's Bay View Select Community Funeral Home, 1461 Manawagonish Road, Saint John West (634-7425), with visiting on Thursday 2-4 and 7-9 PM. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Rose of Lima Church, on Friday, September 5, 2003 at 12:00 Noon. Interment in Holy Cross Cemetery. Remembrances to the charity of the donors choice would be appreciated.
