Obituary of Marion Agnes Bright

The death of Marion Agnes Bright of Chance Harbour, NB, wife of the late Lawrence Bright, occurred on Monday, July 18, 2005 at the Saint John Regional Hospital. Born in Chance Harbour, a daughter of the late Henry and Elizabeth (Tiner) Crawford. Marion was a member of St. Brendan's Parish in Dipper Harbour, she enjoyed traveling, bingo and cards. A loving mother to her six children: Henry "Barney" Bright (Kelly) of Chance Harbour, Larry Bright (Deorna) of Vancouver, BC, Mary-Lou Muise (Norman) of Chance Harbour, Judy Baird (Robert) of Digby, NS, Ann Boyd (Brian) of Letete, NB, Faye Theriault (Wayne) of Rothesay, NB; also survived by two brothers, Paul Crawford (Betty) and Barry Crawford (Norma), both of Chance Harbour; one sister, Shirley McAllister (Wendall) of Lorneville, NB; sister-in-law, Helen Crawford of Chance Harbour; twelve grandchildren, ten great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her parents and husband, one brother, Harold Crawford and a grandson, Murray Muise. Resting at Brenan's Bay View Select Community Funeral Home, 1461 Manawagonish Road, Saint John, NB 506-634-7425 with visiting on Wednesday from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. Funeral Service will be held from Bay View Chapel on Thursday, July 21, 2005 at 2 pm. Interment will follow in St. Brendan's Cemetery, Dipper Harbour, NB. In lieu of flowers, remembrances may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society, the Heart and Stroke Foundation of New Brunswick, the Canadian Diabetes Association or a charity of the donor's choice.
