Obituary of Ruby Beatrice Murray

The death of Ruby Murray of Meadowbank Manor, Saint John, NB occurred on Friday, July 8, 2005 at the Saint John Regional Hospital at the age of 76. Born in Gagetown, NB a daughter of the late Randolph and Glenna Murray, Ruby had been employed with the Protestant Orphanage and Centracare for many years. Survived by three sisters, Betty Murray of Saint John, Verna Cheley of Browns Flat, NB and Jean MacIntyre of Rothesay, NB; a special niece, Bronwyn MacIntyre; caregiver, Dorenda Smith and several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by two sisters, Hazel Ferris and Gladys Campbell and two brothers, Harold and Kenneth Murray. Funeral Arrangements are under the care of Brenan's Bay View Select Community Funeral Home, 1461 Manawagonish Road, Saint John (506) 634-7425 with a Memorial Service on Tuesday, July 12, 2005 at 10 am from Brenan's Bay View Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow in Greenwood Cemetery. Remembrances may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or a charity of the donor's choice. The family wishes to express sincere appreciation to the staff of Meadowbank Manor for their kindness and care.
