Obituary of Matthew Thomas Greer

The death of Matthew Thomas Greer, son of Thomas and Tracy Greer, occurred on June 11, 2005 at the Saint John Regional Hospital. He was born on October 5, 2000 in Saint John. Matthew will be remembered as a loving child who enjoyed sharing hugs with his family and friends. He was outgoing and bouncy and loved the outdoors especially the camp and four-wheeler. Besides his parents he is survived by his adoring sister Katlyn and brother Michael, grandparents Wayne and Sheila Greer of Grand Bay Westfield, Robert O'Blenis of Saint John, Joy O'Blenis of Quispamsis, great-grandmother Grace McCully of Petitcodiac, aunts and uncles Robert and Kelly Greer of Lincoln, Joanne Dore of Montreal, Holly and Todd DeWolfe of Hamilton, ON, cousin Alexandra and numerous great aunts, uncles and cousins. Resting at Brenans Bay View Select Community Funeral Home, 1461 Manawagonish Road (634-7425), with visiting on Monday from 7-9 pm and Tuesday from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. The funeral service will be held on Wednesday, June 15, 2005 at 1:00 pm, from the Grand Bay United Baptist Church. Interment will take place at Cedar Hill Extension Cemetery. Remembrances made to the IWK Brain Child Organization or the Children's Wish Foundation would be appreciated.
