Obituary of Lesley M. McNeil

McNEIL, LESLEY M.- The death of Lesley Maureen McNeil of 90 Highland Road, Grand Bay-Westfield, soul mate of Tiberius "Berry" Kenel, occurred on Thursday, April 21, 2005 at the Saint John Regional Hospital. Born in Chatham, NB on October 2, 1971, she was the daughter of Lloyd and Sally (Losier) McNeil of Port Williams, NS. Lesley was a waitress for many years at Leo's Supper Club and most recently at Cora's Breakfast and Lunch. Besides her soul mate and her parents, Lesley is survived by her paternal grandmother, Mildred McNeil of Weymouth, NS, two brothers, Samuel Lloyd McNeil (Nancy Henneberry) and their children, Maggie, Hannah, Lauren and Grace of Centerville, NS and Donald Gerald McNeil of Port Williams, NS, four sisters, Nancy Lee Brennan (Dwayne) of Duncan, BC, Edith Kaye Loignon (Pierre) and their children, Sarah and Shane of Riverview, NB, Ellen Susan Grant (Shane) and their children, Wyatt, Shayla and Jade of Fox Valley, SK and Isabella Rebecca Kenel (John E. Lisson) and her children Lauren and Colin of Saint John, father-in-law, Leo Kenel of Grand Bay-Westfield, mother-in-law, Franziska (Kenel) Chawla of Darlings Island and many aunts, uncles and cousins. She was predeceased by one brother, Dennis Robert McNeil, maternal grandparents, Francis and Winifred Losier and her paternal grandfather, Wilfred "Ted" McNeil. Resting at Brenan's Bay View Select Community Funeral Home, 1461 Manawagonish Road, Saint John West (634-7424), with visiting on Friday 7-9 PM and Saturday 2-4 and 7-9 PM. Funeral service will be held at Brenan's Bay View Chapel on Sunday, April 24, 2005 at 2:00 PM. Remembrances to the Children's Wish Foundation would be appreciated.
