Obituary of Mary G. Ouellette

The death of Mary G. Ouellette of 382 St. Clair Avenue, Saint John West, wife of the late Ivan LeBlanc and the late Placide Ouellette, occurred on Saturday, January 29, 2005 at St. Joseph's Hospital. Born on January 3, 1919, in Moncton, NB, she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Philomen (Landry) Richard. Mrs. Ouellette was a Nurses Assistant at the General Hospital for several years and then served as the interpreter in the cancer ward of the old General Hospital. She was a member of St. Rose of Lima Parish and their CWL and was a member of the Dennis Morris Community Center. She is survived by three sons, Paul LeBlanc (Claudia) of Saint John, Richard LeBlanc (Linda) of Hampton and Emery LeBlanc of Saint John, four daughters, Muriel Langlais (Emile), Dianna Chaisson, Alma Doiron (John) all of Saint John and Shirley Musson (Tony) of Regina, SK, two sisters, Flavie LeBlanc and Shirley Gaudet, both of Moncton, many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and step-children, Tilda Richard, Lily Ouellette, Ronald Ouellette (Margo), Leo Ouellette (Margaret) and Robert Ouellette (Ruth). She was predeceased by one daughter, Linda Gibbons, three sons, Roger, Robert and Bob (infant) LeBlanc, five sisters, Aurelie, Stella, Alma, Celeste and Aline, four brothers, Abel, Paul, Adelord and Pierre and two step-sons, Ivan and Norman Ouellette. Resting at Brenan's Bay View Select Community Funeral Home, 1461 Manawagonish Road, Saint John West (634-7425) with visiting on Monday 2-4 and 7-9 PM. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Rose of Lima Church, Milford Road, Saint John West on Tuesday, February 1, 2005 at 12:00 Noon. Interment in Holy Cross Cemetery. Remembrances to the charity of the donors' choice would be appreciated.
