Obituary of Charlotte Agnes Evans

The death of Charlotte A. Evans of Saint John, NB, wife of Archie Segovia, occurred on Wednesday, March 13, 2013 at the Saint John Regional Hospital. Charlotte was born in Saint John and was a daughter of Dorothy (McKinney) Dempster and the late Henry J. Dempster. Charlotte was the mother of Chuck (Amy) of Saint John, Jennifer Despres (Jason) of Chilliwack, BC and Donna Evans of Saint John. She was predeceased by a granddaughter Faith Evans. She is also survived by five sisters; Debbie Ferris (William) of Moncton, NB, Margaret Boucher (David), Mary Lowe (Preston), Florence Dempster all of Saint John and Violet Dempster (Edward) Edley of Welsford, NB; four brothers; James Dempster (Irene Pickett), William Dempster (Lisa), Clifford Dempster, John Dempster (Karen) all of Saint John. five grandchildren; Samantha, Jerry, Kyra, Bre-Lynn and Tyvin. As well as several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins. Charlotte was a very loving and devoted mother and grandmother. Charlotte is resting at Brenan’s Funeral Home, 111 Paradise Row, Saint John, NB (634-7424) with visiting on Sunday, March 17, 2013 from 2-4 pm and 6-8 pm. A funeral service will be held on Monday, March 18, 2013 from Brenan’s Funeral Home Chapel at 2:00 pm. Interment will take place in Ocean View Memorial Gardens. For those who wish, remembrances to the Saint John Regional Hospital Palliative Care Unit would be appreciated by the family.
