Obituary of Audrey E. Thompson

The death of Audrey Etta Thompson of Kennebec Manor Nursing Home, Saint John, wife of the late James Thompson, occurred on Monday, January 22, 2007 at her residence. Born in Saint John on November 9, 1919, she was the daughter of the late Gordon B. and Anna (Smeltzer) Kent. She is predeceased by her only son, Brian Robert and her brother, Lloyd Kent of Sarnia, ON. She is survived by her daughter-in-law, Anne Thompson of Oakville, ON, one sister, Marion Pope of Loch Lomond Villa, several nieces and nephews. By request there will be no visiting at the funeral home. A graveside service will be held at Cedar Hill Extension Cemetery on Friday, January 26, 2007 at 11:00 AM. Remembrances to the charity of the donors’ choice would be appreciated.
